Tricia Smith brings extensive experience with over 30 years in real estate on the Crystal Coast. Tricia is originally from Wilson, NC, where she owned and operated her own frame shop before moving to Carteret County in the 1990s. She became the co-owner and broker-in-charge of a real estate company in the mid-1990s before selling in 2009. Together with her partner, Catherine, she formed the Coastal 1 Team in the early 2000s and they have been full-service realtors for years. After arriving at Keller Williams, Tricia's team was continuously in the Top 20% of the company and the Top Team for 2 years.
