Tricia is originally from Wilson, NC, where she owned and operated her own frame shop before moving to Carteret County in the 1990s. She became the co-owner and broker-in-charge of a real estate company in the mid-1990s before selling in 2009. Together with her partner, Catherine, she formed the Coastal 1 Team in the early 2000s and they have been full-service realtors for years.
