Catherine Reid

Catherine Reid has lived in Carteret County since 1997. She was born and raised in Wilson, NC where she attended Greenfield School K-12. She then went on to St. Mary's College and Meredith in Raleigh, NC, where her concentration was interior design. Catherine's background in interior design has been an asset to her when helping clients envision their future space. She has been a Realtor/Broker since 2006, living in Beaufort and Atlantic Beach before finally settling in Morehead City where she has been for 17 years, forming the Coastal 1 Team with her partner, Tricia Smith. She has also obtained her certificate in Marina Management to aid her in the sale of marinas, boat slips, and waterfront properties. After arriving at Keller Williams, Catherine's team was continuously in the Top 20% of the company and the Top Team for two years. Tricia Smith brings extensive experience with over 30 years in real estate on the Crystal Coast. Tricia is originally from Wilson, NC, where she owned and operated her own frame shop before moving to Carteret County in the 1990s. She became the co-owner and broker-in-charge of a real estate company in the mid-1990s before selling in 2009. Together with her partner, Catherine, she formed the Coastal 1 Team in the early 2000s and they have been full-service realtors for years. Tiffany Rivenbark

Tiffany is originally from Virginia Beach, VA. She started visiting Morehead City in 2012 and then made it her home in 2015 after marrying her husband, Mike. They have a beautiful daughter, Anna Keith (5), and two Boykin Spaniels that enjoy the water as much as they do! Tiffany has called coastal towns home all of her life. Her love of sun, sand, and sea made Carteret County the obvious answer to find her forever home. After 25 years in the restaurant industry, Tiffany continues to utilize her love of people and excellent customer care by helping buyers find their own Crystal Coast home so they too can ‘love where they live!’

Camryn has lived in the Crystal Coast area since 2018. Having grown up as the child of a Navy officer, she's lived in multiple different homes across the U.S. and abroad. Camryn loves to find the beauty in each new place and the best way to display a home's unique qualities. She earned her bachelor of science degree in Digital Media and Design in 2019 and has several years of experience in graphic design, photography, and marketing. She is passionate about creating content that is both creative and functional. In her spare time, she loves reading novels, painting, and going to the beach.

Crystal DeKoning

Crystal is a great addition to our team as our Closing Coordinator. She graduated from Tampa College with an Associates Degree in the Paralegal program. Crystal was brought to Morehead City with her husband through the Coast Guard in 1998. She then started working for a popular Carteret County Attorney and has assisted in thousands of closings. She is highly educated in the real estate closing process and makes home buying and selling smooth. In her spare time, Crystal loves boating and the beach!

Colleen Cruikshank

After many years of visiting family for vacations, Colleen and her husband, Gordon, have made the Crystal Coast area their home! Colleen is very community-oriented, and her past work history includes being Executive Director of the Rhinebeck NY Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Dutchess County NY Planning Board, and a member of the Dutchess Tourism Board of Directors. Each of these roles allowed her to get closely involved with local businesses, town, and village governments, and residents, in order to raise awareness and appreciation for all the area, has to offer and to entice visitors, much like this beautiful area! Colleen and Gordon love to spend time with family whether attending games at ECU with their daughter, Summer, going to local games and events with family, or visiting their older daughter, Maeve, in NYC! Colleen received her NC real estate license in January 2022 and is very excited to join the Bradberry Garner Real Estate Team as their listing coordinator. She sees this as a wonderful opportunity to become more fully integrated with the community and to help others achieve their real estate goals.

Alexis (Lexi) Cowin

Lexi is a proud North Carolina native who is originally from Kernersville, NC. She is an NC State graduate with a background in investing in Raleigh properties, coupled with hands-on experience in remodeling and interior design. Alongside her supportive husband Zach, Lexi shares her home with two cherished dogs. In her downtime, Lexi frequents the local beaches and businesses. She loves cooking, frequenting antique shops, and finding new restaurants along the Crystal Coast.
