Valentine's Day 2018

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner.  Our local community has so much to offer to pamper the one you love.  With a special dinner at one of our many locally owned restaurants,  florists, jewelers, or even a massage or facial for pampering. Today, we wanted to take a minute to highlight a few of our local businesses offering some Valentine’s Day Specials.

After Dinner:

After dinner, a wonderful place to visit is the Arendell Room in downtown Morehead City.  When you enter inside you are taken to a modern, upscale bar with some of the best drinks in town. Arendell Room is the modern cocktail bar in North Carolina, opened in 2007.   If you are looking for something above and beyond for your palette, the Arendell Room is a must. Great place to stop by for a nice after dinner chocolate martini!

Flowers:

Sandy’s Flower Shoppe is another local favorite. They are a family business, locally owned and operated. This year for Valentine’s Day you can find something for everyone.  Their knowledgeable staff can even offer some more creative suggestions to help make an unforgettable arrangement. DP Jeweler, Doug Pallus Is known for creating custom pieces that carry a coastal feel.  They have made some great pieces for Valentine’s Day. Getting a massage is always a relaxing way to spend a special day.  Kat Suralik is a local massage therapist and esthetician who has been doing massage for 14 years.
