Today we wanted to shine a spotlight on one of our team members: Tricia Smith, buyer's agent! Tricia has over 30 years of experience in real estate so she is definitely a wealth of knowledge for her clients and our team. She has seen it all! We love having her on the team.

Q: Where are you originally from?
A: Wilson, NC. I grew up on a farm in Wilson county then moved to the city after marrying.

Q: How long have you lived on the Crystal Coast?

A: I've been living on the Crystal Coast since January 1993.

Q: Family?

A: 1 daughter, Catherine "Cat" Reid, 1 son-in-law, Jason Reid, and 1 granddaughter, Campbell "Cam" Reid.

Q: What is your favorite thing about living here?
A: The ocean! Everything really - you can be in so many interesting places isn a short amount of time!

Q: What is one of your proudest accomplishments?
A: Being Catherine's mother.

Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

A: Barbecue chicken, cheese potatoes, baked beans, and slaw.

Q: What's the best place you've traveled to?
A: I've traveled all over the world and USA. Probably Switzerland is my favorite, so beautiful. I love cruises too. Also Hawaii!

Q: What's your favorite recipe?
A: Chicken pie.

Q: Have you ever met anyone famous?

A: Yes, Elizabeth Taylor and Glenda Jackson in London, England. Backstage in a theater - they were starring in Little Foxes!

Q: What was your first paying job?

A: Top sales person at J.C. Penney & In-Home Party Sales Business Stanley Home Products (#1 team for 6 years in USA)

Q: Where did you work before BGRE?
A: I co-owned my real estate business, the Coastal 1 Team with my daughter!

Q: What's your favorite thing about your career?
A: The joy of helping clients make their dreams a reality!

Q: How long have you been working with BGRE?
A: May 6, 2022 was my first day.

Q: What's one thing you'd want our followers to know about you?
A: I try to better MY best every day. When you are green - you are growing! I've always been in sales and I love real estate the best of all. It's so rewarding to make clients' dreams a reality.
